Founded in 1991, McConnell Marketing is a full-service branding, marketing and design agency that focuses on brand expansion through developing narratives, both written and visual, for our clients. Whether you’re a small business creating a name for yourself, a large upscale hotel maintaining your corporate identity or a new business or boutique hotel establishing your presence in the marketplace, we will implement the strategy that is right for you.

We are a group of amiable and diligent individuals with a combined 50 years in luxury hotel, general hospitality and new business marketing. With differing backgrounds, each member of our team brings a unique skillset and diverse point of view to the table. CARSON LISKO

Firm Partner

Since 2018, Carson has played a vital role at McConnell Marketing, rising to Firm Partner in June of 2023. With an enthusiastic and optimistic approach, Carson tackles every project with dedication. Proficient in various design elements, she excels in website design, contributing to over 60 projects in the past seven years. Outside of the office, Carson enjoys impromptu getaways with her husband and son and loves delving into new books from her ever-growing TBR pile.

DEANNA CLEMENT

Firm Partner

Deanna, Firm Partner at McConnell Marketing as of 2023, leverages her graphic design expertise across diverse projects. While her responsibilities span various projects encompassing social graphics, website design and overall visual aesthetics, her exceptional skills truly shine in the realm of drawing and illustration. Deanna’s dedication lies in crafting unique brand identities through creative design. Outside of work, she treasures moments with her husband and two daughters.

KATIE SWAIN

Strategy/Creative Consultant

Katie, former Firm Partner and Creative/Strategic Director, has been part of the McConnell team since 2000. She has developed relationships with many of the national hotel brands and seen the agency through times of growth and challenge while maintaining a spirit of positivity and encouragement. She’ll be working closely with agency leadership on new strategic initiatives and campaigns. Outside the office, Katie can be found spending time with her family, riding her horse or doing mission work with Brown Horse Projects.

MEGAN MAGNETTA

Senior Account Executive

Megan, a former partner, has been a part of McConnell Marketing since 2006, currently serving as Senior Account Executive. She provides an array of services, such as account management, graphic design, copywriting, public relations and project coordination for her established clientele. If McConnell Marketing served hot lunch, we’d nominate Megan. She’s as talented in the kitchen (and on Sparkle Markets online cooking show, Sparkle Eats) as she is in the office. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time biking, gardening, reading and spending time with her husband, Anthony, and her cat, Martina.

ANGELA MCQUISTION

Senior Graphic & Web Designer

Angie, one of our newest team members joining McConnell Marketing as Senior Graphic & Web Designer, has spent 10 years in the design and marketing field, and her expertise helps to elevate the creativity of any project. Her skills range from digital designs and websites to print materials for any marketing need, with her favorites being motion design and video editing. In her spare time, she’s a vegan home cook, a musician and a traveler. She also loves spending time with her husband by going for long walks on local trails around the Youngstown area.

ALEXANDRA YANNUCCI

Content Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer

Aly is the newest member of the McConnell Marketing team. As our Content Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer, she looks forward to bringing a blend of creativity and strategic thinking into each project. With more than 10 years of design experience, Aly strives to make designs that are not only fun to look at, but meaningful to your brand. Beyond the professional realm, Aly is a culinary enthusiast, an avid reader, and a serial hobbyist.
