Following a $20 million renovation that transformed its public spaces into an upscale, destination-focused experience unique to New York, Hilton New York Times Square needed marketing materials that would capture this elevated identity. The property’s refreshed design, modern and sophisticated while providing a reprieve from the city’s bustle, required collateral that went beyond standard Hilton brand specs. The challenge was to design sales tools that visually embodied the hotel’s distinctive look and feel, communicated the updated positioning, and provided the Director of Sales with a polished, functional way to present to prospective group clients.

McConnell Marketing designed a premium sales brochure that captured the essence of Hilton New York Times Square’s renovation. Photography, layout, and a sophisticated color palette were carefully chosen to echo the property’s unique New York destination feel, positioning the hotel as a refined escape from the city’s energy. The brochure’s messaging mirrored the PR language, emphasizing tranquility, luxury, and a heightened guest experience.
