Carson Lisko
Firm Partner
Since 2018, Carson has played a vital role at McConnell Marketing, rising to Firm Partner in June of 2023. With an enthusiastic and optimistic approach, Carson tackles every project with dedication. Proficient in various design elements, she excels in website design, contributing to over 70 projects in the past seven years. Outside of the office, Carson enjoys spending time with her son—whether playing outside, swimming, or racing toy cars—and is always eager to dive into new books from her ever-growing TBR pile.
Deanna Clement
Firm Partner
Deanna, Firm Partner at McConnell Marketing as of 2023, leverages her graphic design expertise across diverse projects. While her responsibilities span various projects encompassing social graphics, website design and overall visual aesthetics, her exceptional skills truly shine in the realm of drawing and illustration. Deanna’s dedication lies in crafting unique brand identities through creative design. Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and two daughters or keeping her competitive edge sharp through tennis.
Angela McQuistion
Firm Partner
Angie, a firm partner as of 2026, has spent 13 years in the design and marketing field, and her expertise helps to elevate the creativity of any project. Her skills range from digital designs and websites to print materials for any marketing need, with her favorites being motion design and video editing. In her spare time, she’s a vegan home cook, a musician, and a traveler. She also loves spending time with her husband by going for long walks on local trails around the Youngstown area.
Brooke Inboden
Content Marketing Specialist
Brooke brings over four years of organic and paid social media experience to McConnell Marketing, with a background spanning national agencies in NYC and Seattle. Her skills include organic social ideation, digital campaign management, and overall strategy across social platforms. A proud YSU graduate, she’s passionate about bringing big-market strategy back home to the Mahoning Valley. Outside of the office, she enjoys barre/pilates classes, testing new recipes, and exploring local spots with her husband.
