Niles Building Products, a longtime leader in the walls and ceilings industry, needed a refreshed digital presence to better reflect their reputation for quality and service. Their existing website lacked the tools and clarity contractors required, making it difficult to showcase products and support customer needs online.

The new site highlighted their full product line with detailed specifications and drawings, while also introducing an interactive submittal portal to simplify the contractor experience. Website Build
To establish a trustworthy digital presence, McConnell Marketing worked with Niles Building Products to redesign their outdated website to current design and functionality standards. This redesign not only included a visual refresh, but also intensive search engine optimization (SEO) for each page and product, where previously there was none.
Product Spec Sheets
With a total of 54 products and 2 variations for over half, McConnell Marketing was tasked with redesigning each spec sheet to work better for their customers and coincide visually with the Niles Building Products digital refresh.
Project Submittal Builder
To give customers ease of access to all of the updated product spec sheets and to enable contractors the ability to request more information regarding specific products, McConnell Marketing developed an interactive Project Submittal Builder. Users are now able to generate a custom spec sheet PDF packet containing their individual project information and all of the product spec sheets needed for their build. This custom packet is available for immediate download and emailed directly to the user upon form submission. Creation of this form enabled the sales and marketing team of Niles Building Products quicker correspondence to their potential customers, opening the door for communication about contractors’ upcoming projects and how Niles Building Products can be of service.
