Complete with in-room creative spaces, a swanky entertainment venue (Analog) and upscale casual all-day dining spot (Mane & Rye Dinerant), Hutton strives to stand out in the thriving Nashville hospitality market.
Hutton Hotel executives turned to McConnell Marketing in 2017 to partner with them amidst their massive identity rebrand. In a collaborate effort, we worked tirelessly with the Hutton team to forge their new brand identity through an organized brand book, and the various collateral touch points (sales, marketing, in-room/on-property, f&b, weddings, meetings and more).

Laying Out the Hutton Brand
As a Forbes Four Star rated hotel for creative inspiration in Nashville, Hutton Hotel faced the challenge of separating itself from competing properties. Within the brand book and collateral, we ensured one thing was immediately clear: Hutton is meant for the traveling musicians themselves, not necessarily their fans. Once we fully understood Hutton’s core identity, a cohesive design and tone fell into place. An intentional selection of color palettes, patterns, font treatments and imagery, coupled with clear parameters for tone and language, began to bring this identity to life. The updated brand is now consistently used across print and digital platforms and is a visual representation of the exceptional service and sophisticated amenities guests expect when on-site.
