The St. Regis Washington DC wanted to share their holiday greeting with their guests and clients. McConnell Marketing designed a holiday card and envelope set that was printed on a classic Feltweave stock.  The holiday card featured the exterior of the hotel and a warm wish on the inside with room for a handwritten note.

INTERCONTINENTAL CHICAGO HOLIDAY PARTY PERKS EBLAST

With over 42,000 square feet of function space, it’s essential the InterContinental Chicago share their holiday party package benefits and options with as many potential guests as possible. McConnell created a simple email blast (adhering to brand standards, of course) for them under $500. And if memory serves us correctly, timing was tight! project completed in less than 24-hours.

HILTON GREENVILLE HOLIDAY EVENT FLYER

This represents just one of many simple, affordable, easy holiday promotional products we’ve done. It’s small. 4×9 so it will fit easily into standard envelopes for piggyback distribution in pieces the hotel already sends out—invoices, confirmations, letters, contracts. It’s affordable. Taj Boston produced an enticing 16-page newsletter promoting their holiday packages, event facilities, seasonal dining traditions and on-site happenings. While they opted for print-only production since their email database was not up to snuff, a digital component or variation would be a recommended (and affordable) additional.

WILLARD INTERCONTINENTAL DC HOLIDAY ELEVATOR POSTERS

The Willard InterContinental D.C. is bustling with activities from September through January. Their opulent lobby and legendary Peacock Alley are filled with hotel guests, restaurant diners, meeting attendees and tourists. To capitalize on this audience, they use elevator posters to communicate seasonal offerings. 2009’s Thanksgiving and Holiday posters were simple and to the point—directing guests to the web or to call the Willard Holiday Hotline. Each of the hotels six elevators featured these inexpensive pieces, designed and printed for just $90 each.
