We currently have openings in Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties for our Commodity 
Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), also known as the Senior Box Program. This program 
provides eligible seniors (60+) with a FREE monthly box of nutritious, shelf-stable foods like 
cereal, pasta, canned fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, juice, cheese, and more. Participants 
pick up their box at a nearby distribution site.
To qualify:
• Must be age 60 or older
• Must live in Columbiana, Mahoning, or Trumbull County
• Must meet income guidelines (at or below 150% of the federal poverty level)
• Must provide proof of age and address
